"Happy" Mental Health Awareness month! PSA: Please don't tell mentally ill people to stop taking pharmaceutical medication and rather just like eat right and exersize, smoke weed and micro dose on shrooms. You don't know how much inner conflict and anxiety that can cause a person. Depression is as dangerous unmedicated as any other chronic illness. People die from this shit guys. We have the world of information at our fingertips, if someone feels that they are ready to try alternative treatments, they know what to do. I'm going to swallow this pill now, as I have done every day for many years, and I'm not going to allow myself to feel bad about it. Love to all 🖤
